Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Customer Engineering activities for Regional Aviation team
• Collaborate as a technical liaison between Engineering and Customer Service
• Define aftermarket technical requirements within PDRS
• Approve maintenance documentation and development programs
• Ensure compliance with Operator and Airworthiness obligations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 10-15 years of experience in Aerospace or Aftermarket
• Proficient in English for business communications
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction
• Experience with Maintenance Program Development/MSG-3
