• Under the supervision of the Technical Manager in the Reliability and Maintenance Services Department, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for implementing initiatives and best practices related to equipment improvement and reliability project management.
• The primary objective will be to assist the team in achieving the 2027 targets for the Longueuil manufacturing center.
• The technical support specialist will work with various company departments to contribute expertise and best practices that will benefit the maintenance of production equipment.
• Provide impeccable customer service to help achieve production goals.
• Monitor special improvement projects on the shop floor.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize maintenance plans.
• Implement and introduce new maintenance procedures.
• Conduct weekly statistical analysis (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Evaluate alternatives with the production team for obsolete equipment.

• Be eligible to work in Canada.
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
• Be fluent in French (advanced level: spoken and written).
• Currently pursuing studies in the field of engineering or Operations and Production Management (OPM).
• Proficient in basic Office software (primarily: Excel, Outlook, One Note).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, leadership skills, a sense of priorities, initiative, and diplomacy.
