Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze DMRs to establish quality dispositions
• Engage in MRB activities and present evaluations
• Document DMRs and communicate repairs to customers
• Advise production teams on engineering standards
• Develop and validate training programs for compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes
• Previous experience in quality assurance and repair dispositioning
• Competence in structured problem-solving methods
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
