Senior Protection and Control (P&C) Engineer
, you will beworking witha team of P&C detailed designers and contribute to large-scale electrical energy projects. You will evolve in a multidisciplinary environment and develop skills by collaborating with experienced professionals, particularly on substation, hydroelectric power station, and renewable energy projects, withnumerousclients across Canada.
- Design and review Control and Protection systems for both utility and industry projects
- Approve and review project deliverables, including detaildesigndrawings,P&Cone line diagrams,panel layouts,cablescheduleandequipment sizing, etc.
- Collaborate with members of the engineering team as well as project managers from other disciplines
- Prepareprojectplans, drawings and calculations based on specifications provided
- Responsible of the development of electrical
Control and Protection systems, including single-line diagrams, logic diagrams, three-line AC diagrams,protection and c.c. control diagrams, wiring drawings, device connection drawings, assembly plans, material lists and quotes for the manufacturing and installation on site of Control and Protection panels - Supervise the development of AC and DC power systems, including single-line diagrams, AC & DC load calculations, AC & DC distribution diagrams, connection drawings of chargers, batteries, inverter, etc.
