Financial Analyst

Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services supporting all the Firm’s business applications and end users. ETS is focused on enabling the Firm to manage its global businesses and clients with market‑leading technology platforms that are resilient, secure, smart, fast, flexible, and efficient.

We’re seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to join our ETS Chief Operating Officer team. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll work closely with domain leads, Finance, and key stakeholders to drive financial transparency and support strategic decision‑making. This role operates in a fast‑paced environment and requires a strong resource that can operate both independently and as part of a team.

• Analyze infrastructure spending and identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities
• Build financial models and develop business cases to support strategic initiatives
• Maintain and enhance financial reporting processes
• Develop robust analytics to increase transparency and support data‑driven decisions
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, ideally within financial services
• Familiarity with infrastructure technology and related financials (e.g., data centers, servers/storage, networks)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast‑paced settings
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (Power Query), PowerPoint, and Word
