This position is within Confia, a subsidiary of the Desjardins Group
Responsibilities- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
- Advise, guide and motivate members and clients with regard to specialized programs, tools and solutions, which includes handling requests, analyzing issues, researching solutions and making recommendations on all aspects of buying and selling properties.
- Make overall observations, identify gaps and opportunities and make appropriate recommendations.
- Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions.
- Help identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement in your unit’s operations.
- Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
- Monitor the real estate market to stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices in your field.
