Investment Transactions Service Representative

Support investment transactions through client engagement, financial analysis, and rigorous administrative coordination in a workplace-based service environment. French is required for this position.

As a Financial Service Representative, you will optimize technical, administrative, and operational client interactions. You will use an advisory approach, identify opportunities, and refer clients to appropriate specialists. The position also involves proposing transaction and investment solutions, supporting Financial Planners, and maintaining compliance.

• Optimize client interactions across investment transaction activities
• Detect opportunities and refer clients to specialists
• Propose transaction and investment solutions when required
• Support Financial Planners with complex file analysis
• Ensure compliance with processes and risk rules

• High school diploma plus three relevant years’ experience
• Mutual Fund Representative license or certification within three months
• Customer service experience and business development interest
• Basic investment knowledge and administrative support experience
• French proficiency and comfort with digital tools
