As a Personal Banking Associate, you will establish and maintain customer relationships while addressing day-to-day banking needs. Your work includes service transactions, customer problem resolution, referrals, and education about digital channels. You will also help frontline colleagues resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters.

• Build relationships through customer advice and service transactions
• Resolve customer problems involving banking solutions
• Strengthen digital confidence through customer education
• Refer customers to appropriate staff and internal partners
• Report critical and non-standard matters to management

• High School diploma or relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent certification within 90 days
• Related post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
• Ability to manage changing priorities independently
