The Talent Management team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent globally. We strive to provide an exceptional employee experience and ensure our talent strategies align with organizational goals. The Talent Partner plays a crucial role in supporting the Pratt & Whitney Canada organization by developing and executing talent strategies. This includes focusing on succession planning, employee retention, and engagement.

This internship will allow you to explore several aspects of human resources while truly contributing to the success of the talent management team. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized person with strong communication skills who wants to contribute to the Talent Management Centre objectives.

• Support the team in several projects related to employee engagement and experience, notably through employee surveys;
• Implement talent management processes that align with the company’s strategies and global talent management practices;
• Support HR business partners in identifying activities related to leadership development, training, and employee development.

Be eligible to work in Canada. Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship. Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable. Pursuing a degree in marketing, commerce, or human resources. Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
