In this pivotal role, you will serve as a Talent Business Partner, engaging with multiple regions and disciplines. Your expertise will strengthen BPA’s employer brand while addressing complex hiring challenges. You will provide valuable labour market intelligence and ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to develop strategic hiring plans
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from planning to acceptance
• Execute proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across regions
• Support employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• Ability to manage relationships across various business units
• Proficiency in using recruitment technologies
