The Work:

  • Lead and manage SAP Payroll work streams, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for clients.

  • Coordinate with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless payroll operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee payroll data entry, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Monitor and resolve issues related to payroll processing, wage calculations, deductions, and statutory reporting.

  • Advise clients on SAP Payroll best practices, system configuration, and process optimization.

  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports, audits, and compliance documentation.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

  • Mentor and coach payroll team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

  • This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location Montreal, Canada.

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP Payroll experience, with expertise in payroll configuration, wage types, time management integration, statutory compliance, and reporting.

  • Proven experience leading payroll teams and managing deliverables in complex payroll environments.

  • Bilingual English/ French is required

  • A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field related to the business service provided

  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll or other cloud payroll solutions.

  • You know how SAP's payroll processes support business development and can help clients understand how SAP Payroll will help their company do more.

  • You have experience integrating SAP Payroll with HR, finance, and third-party systems.

  • You excel at managing and delivering payroll projects in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
