Senior Advisor Apple Infrastructure

Your job

• Ensure operational excellence of the Apple ecosystem (macOS/iOS) by designing, maintaining and improving MDM configurations, compliance profiles and application catalogues
• Maintain and evolve Apple infrastructure environments (jamf, Intune) to support stability and performance of equipment.
• Orchestrate package and script deployments, optimise zero-touch enrolment paths and improve it onboarding processes.
• Manage the ABM/DEP lifecycle, including token renewals, assignments and enrolment compliance.
• Help strengthen the security posture of Apple workstations by integrating hardening policies and applying internal and external standards.
• Diagnose incidents related to enrolment or signatures, analyse logs, propose corrections and document technical solutions.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’sdegree, university certificate or master’s degree in a related field and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Solid expertise in Apple enterprise environments (jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Device Enrollment, Packaging and Profiles)
• Proficient Microsoft Intune/Entra  managing Apple devices.
• Have a good understanding of SSO/SAML integrations and security controls related to workstations.
• Automation skills (bash/zsh, Python) and certificate management skills.
