H2 Analytics seeks a Simulation Scenario Builder to enhance military training through advanced simulation technology. This full-time hybrid position focuses on creating realistic training environments.
You will be instrumental in translating military operations into functional EASE simulations. Collaborating with project teams, you will configure entities, equipment, and behaviors to ensure realistic training scenarios. You'll also support client needs and participate in refining training designs, making your role crucial for operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and run simulation scenarios that meet military training standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective simulation development
• Guide clients in optimizing their simulation architecture
• Translate training objectives into practical simulation setups
• Document performance data and field lessons for analysis
Requirements:
• Foundational knowledge of global military operations
• Experience in interpreting technical simulation parameters
• Proven ability to work in a project team setting
• Eligibility for a Level III Government of Canada security clearance
• Willingness to provide on-site support for clients
