Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance via phone and email
• Manage technical escalations with engineering
• Document support cases in internal systems
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Assist with client installations and on-site support
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in technical support roles
• Excellent command of French and English
• Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, VPN, DNS)
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
