Job Title

SAP PP, MM, ARIBA, and S4 Hana Functional Analyst

Responsible for assessing, proposing, planning, and performing detailed analysis and design to deliver digital technology solutions for the Operations organization, focusing on Logistics and Supply Management.

• Understand enterprise problems, business processes, and strategic goals.
• Analyze operational needs and contribute to clear requirement specifications.
• Estimate, plan, and execute digital transformation projects of any size.
• Respect project timelines and budgets.
• Validate that proposed solutions meet business requirements.

• Collaborate closely with business subject matter experts, solution architects, SAP Competency Center, and other digital technology specialists.
• Lead specific logistics projects, including Web/Intranet and SAP Portal initiatives.
• Ensure global systems integration of SAP MM, PP, and ARIBA with other SAP modules.
• Configure SAP, primarily in MM and PP modules.
• Create project documentation such as flow charts, activity profiles, test scripts, and configuration specifications.
• Ensure adequate knowledge transfer from the project development team to post‑go‑live support.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by SAP and related bolt‑on applications.

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working with SAP products and implementing SAP logistics solutions.
• Proficiency in business process design and SAP ECC PP, MM, ARIBA, and S4 Hana configuration.
• Strong English reading and communication skills to engage with international documentation and stakeholders.
• Experience participating or leading project teams to deliver SAP solutions in supply management.
• Excellent analytical skills and project management aptitude.
• Strong communicator with facilitation skills.
• Open‑minded, flexible approach to consider alternatives.

• SAP certification.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules or systems such as QM, PM, SD, SRM, GTS, and Microsoft xRM.
• Familiarity with export compliance regulations.
• Understanding of web technologies, SAP Portal, PI, and web industry standards.
• Knowledge of programming languages and ABAP debugging tools.
