Chef du Centre d’Excellence PGI – Responsable du leadership stratégique à fort impact au sein des opérations complexes et orientées mission en fabrication et maintenance après‑vente. Le poste offre une haute visibilité et implique des interactions stratégiques et opérationnelles avec les équipes Digital Technologies (DT) et Business Leadership, y compris la direction exécutive.
Position OverviewLead the global ERP COE by defining the vision, governance model, and organizational structure aligned with Pratt & Whitney Digital Technologies’ key guiding principles. Advise business stakeholders as a strategic thinker and technology thought leader, bring in relevant expertise and industry benchmarks while influencing across a complex matrixed organization.
Responsabilités clés /Key Responsibilities
- Define vision, governance model, and org structure for the global ERP COE.
- Ride out the digital transformation journey – drive continuous improvement, innovation and change.
- Manage budgets, capacity and financial planning in collaboration with Finance.
- Communicate and align priorities with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Executives.
- Serve as primary escalation point for high‐priority issues and coordinate resolution.
- Build and sustain a motivated, high‑performing workforce; track engagement and morale.
- Work closely with all Digital Technologies groups and cross‑functional partners.
- Translate complex problems to non‑technical stakeholders while guiding technical requirements gathering.
- Deliver a complex portfolio of ERP run and transformation initiatives.
- Design and execute a SAP S/4 HANA transformation strategy aligned with the RTX-wide program.
- Oversee daily COE operations – vendor relationships, budgets, resources, performance, risk.
- Govern change management, release planning, demand intake, capacity and prioritization.
- Drive global process harmonization across business units.
- Master end‑to‑end ERP processes (Opportunity‑to‑Cash, Record‑to‑Report, Source‑to‑Pay, Plan‑to‑Sustain).
- Own and optimize a complex ERP landscape, including SAP and non‑SAP apps.
- Adapt to changing priorities while mitigating risk and managing portfolio impacts.
- Lead a high‑performing team and develop a talent strategy—upskill employees and attract new talent.
- Ensure compliance with IT and A&D regulations, security standards (ITAR, DFARS) and SOX.
- Support infrastructure operations for 24x7 business operations.
- Co‑ordinate travel at least 25% of the time; onsite work required at Longueuil, QC.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie, informatique, technologies de l’information ou systèmes d’information et 14+ années d’expérience en ERP.
- Ou diplôme supérieur avec 12+ années d’expérience en ERP.
- Strong management capability – proven ability to lead complex, large‑scale ERP projects.
- Results‑oriented with focus on success against obstacles.
- Strong business acumen – quick learning, process interpretation, trusted partner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in software lifecycle processes.
- Self‑motivated and proactive – ownership and reliable delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong English and French language competence, with daily technical reading in English.
