Key Responsibilities- Act as a functional subject matter expert on projects integrating FICOPS components.
- Lead and manage the entire project delivery cycle.
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and define strategies.
- Ensure integration between SAP modules and external platforms.
- Lead business blueprint workshops for various processes.
- Deliver finance workstream outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze current and future processes, identifying gaps between digital technology and business operations.
- Produce high‑quality solution designs that match business requirements.
- Configure SAP as per business needs and write functional specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and SMEs to coordinate solution development.
- Provide finance functional support during deployment phases.
- Maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Advise on best practices and trend anticipation within the functional area.
- SAP certification in FI, CO, or PS modules.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in large‑scale SAP deployments or major upgrade projects.
- Minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience with the FI module (including AP, AR, GL, Assets) and its integration with MM, SD, PP, HR, PS, CO‑PC, CO‑PA, WIP analysis, settlements, internal orders, and cost centers.
- Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), SAP Managerial Accounting (CO), and SAP Project Systems (PS) configuration and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and service industry business processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and oral).
