As a Functional Analyst, you will assess, propose, plan, and perform activities related to detailed analysis and design to deliver digital technology solutions for Operations. You will explore innovative solutions to automate processes, leveraging best practices and technologies within the company’s application processes and architecture.

• Analyze business needs and help articulate clear requirements.
• Estimate, plan, and deliver projects of varying size.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

• Collaborate with business subject matter experts, solution architecture, SAP Competency Center, and other digital technology experts.
• Lead specific logistics projects, including Web/Intranet and SAP Portal projects.
• Ensure global integration of SAP MM, PP, and ARIBA with other SAP modules.
• Configure SAP in MM and PP modules.
• Create and develop project documentation (flow charts, activity profiles, test scripts, configuration specs, etc.).
• Ensure adequate knowledge transfer from project team to post-go-live support.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities leveraging SAP functionality and add-on applications.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ SAP experience and implementing SAP logistics solutions.
• Proficiency in business process design and SAP ECC PP, MM, ARIBA, and S4 Hana configuration.
• Excellent English skills for daily reading/writing of documentation and communications with international stakeholders; role is in a primarily French-speaking environment.
• Experience leading or participating in SAP-based supply management projects.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities; collaborative mindset.
• Open-minded and flexible, able to consider options and alternatives.

Qualifications souhaitées :

• SAP certification.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as QM, PM, SD, SRM, GTS, and Microsoft xRM.
• Familiarity with export compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of Web technologies, SAP Portal, PI and general Web standards.
• Understanding of ABAP programming and debugging tools.
