In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with key customers, driving the integration of Black Duck’s technologies to secure their software development processes. Your expertise will facilitate value realization, ensuring that our innovative solutions are effectively embedded within their development workflows while enhancing application security practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical product issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Offer regulatory compliance advice specific to the industry
• Conduct tailored training for developers and security teams
• Foster community and knowledge-sharing across customer teams
• Maximize technology adoption and best practices utilization
Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
• Deep understanding of application security and open-source licensing
• Proficiency in programming (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Strong relationship-building skills and project management experience
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary
