Position: Pratt & Whitney Customer Helpdesk Internship
Join Pratt & Whitney Canada as a Customer Helpdesk Intern, based in Longueuil, Quebec. This on-site internship is dedicated to technical support and data management tasks.

In this role, you will assist in the creation of vital dashboards and reports for the Customer Priority Center. Your responsibilities will involve CRM data validation, KPI extraction, and communication management. Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly validate CRM case data for completeness

• Create KPIs for various departments

• Calculate and contribute to monthly reports

• Support the development of dashboards and reports

• Update CRM cases and manage customer information

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Canadian university

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with data analysis tools

• Attention to detail with a proactive approach
