This wholesale nursery and plant breeding enterprise specializes in developing and distributing high-performance flora to international markets. The company focuses on the innovation of resilient plant varieties designed for retail ease and consumer longevity. By combining horticultural science with commercial scale, they manage the end-to-end lifecycle of unique botanical collections for a global customer base.

As a Sage X3 Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for the organization’s enterprise resource planning system. This contract-based position is responsible for ensuring the stability and optimization of business processes through technical configuration and system engineering. You will have ownership over the technical environment during this engagement, impacting how the company manages global supply chain and inventory operations.

• Configure and maintain the Sage X3 ERP environment to support specialized business workflows.
• Develop and implement technical solutions within the Sage X3 framework, including custom scripts and business logic.
• Troubleshoot complex system performance issues and resolve technical bugs within the ERP architecture.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for system automation and functional enhancement.
• Perform data management tasks and ensure the integrity of the ERP database.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with supply chain and distribution requirements.

• Demonstrated experience as a Sage X3 Engineer or Technical Consultant.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Sage X3 development tools, 4GL, and system architecture.
• Strong experience with SQL scripting and database management.
• Proven ability to work independently to deliver results within a defined project mandate.
• Must be currently based in the United States or Canada.
