At FED IT, as a Technical Support & Customer Service Specialist, you will leverage your 2+ years of experience to solve technical issues for clients.
Your role will include responding to inquiries, managing escalations, and ensuring comprehensive case documentation. You’ll also contribute to projects aimed at service quality enhancement, making a meaningful impact on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance via phone and email communications
• Manage escalated issues in collaboration with engineering teams
• Document all support cases accurately in internal systems
• Participate in projects for customer experience improvements
• Occasionally assist with installations on-site as needed
Requirements:
• College diploma in IT or a related field
• 2 years of technical support experience required
• Fluent in French and English;
Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
• Basic networking and remote support tools knowledge
• Must be comfortable with on-call responsibilities
