You will act as the technical authority, responsible for designing and delivering Genesys Cloud CX solutions tailored to enterprise clients. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will lead the architectural design sessions, translating operational needs into effective contact center configurations while ensuring scalability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end design for Genesys Cloud CX architectures
• Conduct workshops to gather technical requirements
• Create data extraction strategies using Genesys Cloud APIs
• Implement event-driven integrations with AWS
• Document architecture and technical specifications
Requirements:
• 7+ years in contact center architecture, 4+ in Genesys
• Expertise in Genesys Cloud components and APIs
• Solid understanding of AWS, telephony, and SIP
• Proven track record of enterprise-scale implementations
• Must support US business hours and client communication
