Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of IT technicians in multiple locations

• Coordinate helpdesk and field support services

• Drive initiatives for process enhancement

• Manage end-to-end IT projects effectively

• Utilize AI for improved operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 8+ years in technology with at least 3 in leadership

• In-depth experience in manufacturing or distribution environments

• Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem and ERP tools

• Bilingual ability in French and English

• ITIL training is an advantage
