TD Insurance Auto Centre Teams provide a 'one stop shop' for customers by making it easy to address all their auto claim needs—that they can drop off their vehicle, pick up a rental and speak to a claims professional all in one convenient location. We strive to build deep and long‑lasting relationships with our customers by creating value, understanding their needs and delivering personalized, trusted advice.

• Participate fully as a member of the Complex Automobile Property Damage team, supporting a positive and accountable work environment that emphasizes quality decision‑making, collaboration, and defensible claim outcomes.
• Manage complex auto property damage claims end‑to‑end, including third‑party property damage, rental exposures, specialty vehicles, and multi‑exposure losses.
• Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with insureds, third parties, vendors, legal counsel, internal partners, and leadership on high‑impact or sensitive files.
• Exercise sound judgment when identifying risk, coverage issues, liability concerns, indemnity exposure, and escalation points, ensuring matters are addressed proactively and in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and defensible claim documentation, recognizing the heightened likelihood of dispute, complaint, litigation, or regulatory review on Complex files.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Complex team and across the broader claims organization by supporting coaching, mentoring, and informal training for peers.
• Actively participate in performance management, technical development, and cross‑training initiatives to continuously build expertise in complex auto property damage handling.
• Partner effectively with internal departments to ensure informed, consistent, and well‑supported claim decisions.
• Support a fair, inclusive, and respectful workplace that values diverse perspectives and collaborative problem‑solving.
