• You have a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills: you’re willing to put in the effort while building strong, trusting relationships with your clients.
• You either hold or are motivated to obtain your Commercial Damage Insurance Broker’s License through the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).

Experience in commercial insurance is an asset, but we’re ultimately looking for potential, attitude, and the ability to perform.
