Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored insurance advice through inbound calls
• Cultivate relationships by resolving client inquiries effectively
• Conduct personalized needs assessments using various tools
• Demonstrate regulatory understanding in underwriting processes
• Collaborate with partners within RBC to enhance client service
Requirements:
• Possess Quebec Damage Insurance certificate or willingness to obtain
• Bilingual in English and French for client interactions
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building ability
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, Monday to Friday
• Digital literacy across multiple devices
