Manager of Indirect Procurement Strategies

You will lead critical sourcing strategies for indirect categories including professional services and logistics. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a keen understanding of compliance and risk mitigation.
Your role will involve end-to-end management of sourcing events and developing commercial agreements that align with KDC/one’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sourcing plans for indirect procurement
• Manage sourcing activities from research to contract negotiations
• Use data analysis to create cost-saving strategies
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers
• Ensure alignment between procurement and business strategies
Requirements:
• 7-10 years' experience in procurement and strategic sourcing
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in managing complex procurement projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
