Overview

Position:
Gestionnaire de Portefeuille - Achats Généraux at Airbus Atlantique Canada Inc., Mirabel. This role is within the Achats department, part of a 10‑person team, focusing on general procurement with North American suppliers. The scope may evolve and may involve cross‑functional activities such as supplier creation monitoring.

• Place orders based on catalogues or supplier price slips, coordinate delivery dates with suppliers, and ensure effective delivery tracking for internal clients.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding delivery delays and negotiate solutions to minimize impact on plant operations.
• Manage supplier performance in accordance with General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and ensure timely payment and execution of action plans related to on‑time delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC) or equivalent in commerce with a specialization in procurement or supply‑chain management.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar procurement role, with proven abilities in multi‑disciplinary approach, contract and project management, and communication.
• Proficient in order placement according to contract/devis.
• Strong in meeting deadlines and driving delivery schedules.
• Experienced with Google Suite and SAP.
• Autonomous, responsible, communicative, and able to collaborate across functions.

• Position can be performed partly remote, subject to company policy, after a minimum of three months onsite in full‑time mode.
