Manager, Distribution Center Wave Planning

Join adidas as a Manager overseeing Wave Planning and Routing in Paris, Ontario. Lead initiatives for optimized order fulfillment and ensure service excellence across distribution operations.

This position requires an experienced leader who can manage comprehensive wave planning, routing processes, and outbound scheduling. You will drive alignment with customer specifications while adhering to Distribution Center KPIs and Supply Chain practices, ensuring timely and compliant outbound shipments. Your leadership will enhance the collaboration among internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee wave release plans and scheduling activities

• Monitor service levels and department KPIs

• Create visibility for shipment risks and capacity constraints

• Partner with internal groups to meet operational goals

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• College or university degree preferred

• 3-5 years in related logistics or planning experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in reporting tools and WMS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
