Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process purchase orders using ERP systems

• Monitor vendor delivery schedules and inventory levels

• Support urgent operational needs with prompt purchasing

• Evaluate supplier performance and optimize inventory

• Collaborate with internal departments for project alignment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in procurement or supply chain management

• Familiarity with ERP software, ideally Microsoft Dynamics

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel competency
