Why join our team?

As Spare Parts Demand Manager, you will be responsible for structuring, leading, and continuously improving the monthly demand review process, in close collaboration with the Spare Parts Services, Aftermarket SIOP, and Operations teams. In this role, you will consolidate demand inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure a aligned demand signal across all stakeholders.

You will play a key strategic role in balancing customer requirements, business priorities, and operational capabilities, translating market demand into executable plans. Through clear communication and strong cross-functional leadership, you will help ensure customer commitments are realistic, aligned with the production plan, and support overall business objectives.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• You will ensure strong governance and data integrity across all Spare Parts demand information, proactively managing changes and ensuring timely, clear communication with all key stakeholders.
• You will prepare and present strategic analyses to executive leadership, highlighting the impacts of demand variations on financial performance, inventory levels, production capacity, and customer commitments.
• Acting as a strategic business partner, you will work across multiple organizations to design, deploy, and continuously enhance analytical tools that enable data-driven decision-making and long-term performance optimization.

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or master's degree in engineering with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual (English and French, spoken and written);
• Strong proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI);
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong strategic communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, partnership-oriented mindset.
• Results-driven with a strong ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
