P&WC’s Aftermarket Strategic Sourcing team seeks motivated candidates to join their full-time efforts in Saint-Hubert. As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will evaluate and implement sourcing strategies for new component repairs while collaborating closely with engineering and operational teams. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining supplier relationships as well as managing proposals and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with current and prospective component repair suppliers

• Represent the sourcing team in various governance meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-10 years of experience

• Master’s degree with 4-7 years of experience

• Background in Business, Aeronautics, or Engineering
