Insight Global seeks an Aviation Customer Manager for a top aerospace company. You will provide pre-delivery and after-sale support, combining commercial and technical service management. The position suits candidates with business, commerce, engineering, aeronautics, or related backgrounds and three to ten years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Own customer relationships throughout engine shop visits
- Coordinate engine removal dates, locations, timing, and rental requirements
- Review estimates and negotiate commercial terms with customers
- Interpret contracts and discuss pricing, scope, and obligations
- Close visits through invoicing, payment, and return to service
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Three to ten years of relevant experience
- Strong project, event management, and logistics skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Aerospace or automotive industry background;
French is an asset
