Building Operations Manager Facilities

Manage building operations on site using French, facilities planning, and mechanical systems oversight at a physical workplace. A bachelor’s degree is required.
This Building Operations Manager position requires one to less than two years of experience and French language skills. The work focuses on facility operations, real estate infrastructure, contracts, staff supervision, and customer recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

Direct machinery, equipment, and systems maintenance and repairs
Oversee real estate infrastructure installation and maintenance
Plan and manage the facility operations budget
Administer contracts for supplies and services
Organize cleaning, parking, safety, security, and snow removal
Requirements:
French language proficiency
Bachelor’s degree
One to less than two years of experience
Availability for on-site work at the physical location
Ability to hire, train, and supervise staff
