Lead strategic program integration and execution as Agropur's next Director. This role focuses on maximizing value creation in a hybrid working structure.
As a key player within Agropur, you will guarantee that the Generation Program aligns with top-level objectives and delivers tangible business benefits.
Your role will require effective management of risks and interdependencies among initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of expected outcomes. Engage with diverse teams to create a unified vision for program governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure program governance and strong leadership
• Collaborate with senior leadership for strategic alignment
• Oversee comprehensive program monitoring and control
• Drive financial analysis for investment evaluations
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business; MBA is an asset
• 15+ years leading strategic enterprise programs
• Proven delivery on large-scale initiatives
• Strong understanding of change management dynamics
• PMP or similar program management certification preferred
