• 2+ years in engineering management with teams of 6-8 engineers
• Proven track record of disciplined delivery practices
• Background in product engineering with customer-facing software
• Comfortable in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Ability to utilize AI to enhance workflow and project outcomes
