Key Responsibilities:
• Create and edit estimates per BELFOR standards
• Manage emergency and restoration projects effectively
• Maintain communication with customers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and insurance protocols
• Attend industry events to enhance client relationships
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a similar Project Management role
• Certification in Project Management preferred
• Experience with Xactimate and restoration procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
