Position: Admissions Director at Redeemer University
Lead recruitment efforts at Redeemer University as the Director of Admissions. Focus on strategic student enrolment for undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs in a vibrant Christian community.

In line with Redeemer’s 2035 enrolment growth vision, you will direct the comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse students. This full-time role requires collaboration with the Associate Vice President, leading events and overseeing recruitment operations to meet specific portfolio targets. Your impactful leadership will enhance the admissions process and contribute to our mission of holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct annual recruitment operational plans and strategies

• Develop recruitment pipelines for individual programs

• Oversee planning and execution of recruitment events

• Manage and train admissions team members

• Review admissions processes and requirements for programs

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or relevant field

• Minimum five years of experience in post-secondary education

• Strong understanding of university recruitment markets

• Proven supervisory and data management skills

• Availability for travel across Canada
