Tundra Rescue seeks an experienced leader for its confined space operations. As a hands-on supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing rescue deployments, leading field teams, and ensuring safety protocols. You will assess hazards, manage equipment, and mentor technicians, contributing significantly to operational readiness and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage confined space rescue operations safely
• Review project and hazard assessments with clarity
• Supervise field personnel and ensure effective communication
• Conduct pre-job briefings and system safety checks
• Oversee documentation and compliance for each deployment
Requirements:
• Significant experience in confined space rescue or industrial response
• Proven leadership in supervising rescue or emergency teams
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and equipment
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ontario Class G driver’s licence and good record
