Take advantage of your skills as a Water Treatment Operator in a role designed to protect the environment and enhance industry efficiency. This position features a fly-in/fly-out schedule across western Canada.
You will oversee the operation of an industrial water treatment facility, ensuring compliance and safety as you utilize advanced technology. The role requires regular monitoring of treatment equipment, conducting lab tests, and troubleshooting alarms to ensure seamless operations. Collaborating with a small team, you will maintain logs and perform essential maintenance duties to support the facility’s performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and operate water treatment systems
• Conduct lab testing on water samples
• Troubleshoot alarms and emergencies
• Maintain logs of operations and maintenance activities
• Perform routine repairs and landscaping duties
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• 2 years of relevant experience in treatment systems
• EOCP level 1 or higher certification preferred
• Valid passport for travel in North America
• Clean driver's abstract required
