Key Responsibilities   Respond to non-conformities and resolve manufacturing issues
Interpret engineering drawings and manage revision levels
Develop accurate and transparent work instructions
Program and optimize manufacturing tools and equipment
Improving fabrication methods and enhancing producibility
Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Relevant manufacturing engineering experience required
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems
Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
