Why join our team?  The MRO Engine Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all engine repair line operations at Campus 5 during the weekend shift. The position is based in Saint-Hubert and involves a weekend shift (30.5 hours).
Responsibilities   Supervise repair/overhaul operations in a high-technology industry.
Motivate and energize the workforce to achieve optimal employee engagement.
Be responsible for key performance indicators: health & safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, etc.
Help develop and manage the budget and hiring.
Supervise shift changes.
Host and take part in meetings with other managers.
Qualifications   Minimum 5+ years of experience supervising employees in the manufacturing sector.
Knowledge and experience with aftermarket repair and inspection processes in the aviation industry (asset).
College degree/DEC in aeronautics or a related field (engineering is an asset).
Demonstrated leadership experience and experience leading and developing high-performing teams, projects, or processes.
Quality-oriented, able to provide services in a demanding environment.
Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment, manage multiple tasks, and interact with various Campus 5 groups.
