Location:

Employment Type
Full‑time, day shift position (Monday–Friday) performed exclusively on‑site at St‑Hubert Campus 5.
Responsibilities
Supervise the daily activities of the Clean and NDT teams.
Manage the levels of inputs, outputs, and WIP departmental, while ensuring production priorities are maintained.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, quality, planning) to improve operational flow.
Lead weekly meetings with the team and participate in meetings with other managers.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
Lead and develop team members while ensuring compliance with current collective agreements.
Motivate and energize the team to achieve optimal workforce engagement.
Be accountable for meeting key performance indicators: health and safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity, etc.
Responsible for hiring activities and supervising shift handovers.
Work independently under pressure in a high‑WIP environment.
Operate in a French‑speaking work environment with a functional knowledge of English for technical documentation and communication.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising employees in a unionized manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Business Administration, or a related field (an engineering degree is considered an asset).
Proven leadership and strong team‑management skills.
Experience leading and developing high‑performance teams, groups, projects, or processes.
Strong focus on quality and service excellence in a demanding environment.
Excellent teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with unionized employees and management.
Excellent organization, thoroughness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong ability to prioritize in a high‑pressure operational context (e.g., high WIP levels).
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP (an asset).
Working knowledge of English to read and understand technical documents and communicate with international colleagues.
