Production machine operator

Annual Salary starting at 80K
Night shift: 5:30 pm to 5:30 am Monday to Thursday - Need to be flexible
Responsibilities   Operate production equipment with precision to fulfill production requirements while upholding the highest quality standards.
Execute equipment set-up procedures and perform preventative maintenance to optimize operational efficiency.
Utilize a variety of tools and measuring devices to maintain, adjust, and repair machinery as needed.
Prepare accurate daily reports to track production metrics and equipment performance.
Expertly dismantle and reassemble heavy plant components using hoists and hand tools.
Proactively identify and communicate any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Adhere strictly to established policies, procedures, and safety regulations to uphold a secure work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace to ensure a safe and efficient operational space.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines to prioritize safety at all times.
Help guide a team of general laborers and dryline operators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications   5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment
Diploma in Industrial Mechanic or Electromechanic (an asset)
Strong commitment to safety
Strong communications skills
Ability to self-motivate, work autonomously and proactively
Interpersonal Skills
Availability to work flexible hours and overtime
Flexibility, adaptability, organization skills and professionalism
