Manufacturing Methods Specialist

Join a dynamic team as a Manufacturing Methods Specialist in Longueuil, QC. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing methods and processes to meet production objectives over a 12-month contract.

You will collaborate with method agents and tooling design teams to define strategies and validate manufacturability. Your work will involve programming NC/CNC machines and providing valuable technical support across production operations. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives will enhance quality, efficiency, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess engineering drawings and feasibility

• Coordinate and requisition necessary tooling

• Program NC/CNC machines as required

• Participate in manufacturing equipment acquisition

• Manage manufacturing-related projects effectively

Requirements:

• Engineering or machining background required

• Familiarity with production methods and processes

• Experience in manufacturing engineering is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• French language proficiency is mandatory
