Lead the deployment of Aero Vect’s Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) as a Deployment & Release Manager. Ensure safe, data-driven implementations across the AV fleet while collaborating closely with engineering and safety teams.

Aero Vect is a pioneering company in autonomous ground handling, seeking a skilled Deployment & Release Manager. This role involves managing the deployment and release processes for AGSE, ensuring that only verified systems meet the required standards. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with different departments, drive policy adherence, and help foster a culture of safety throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive processes for evaluating deployment within Operational Design Domains

• Ensure only approved systems and vehicles are deployed accurately

• Oversee the bring-up process for new autonomous vehicles

• Manage release processes for software updates with zero downtime

• Document and maintain vehicle configurations meticulously

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Computer Science or Engineering

• Experience in managing safety-critical autonomous deployments

• Strong software development and system architecture knowledge

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills for technical solutions
