Industrialization Manager

Become an Industrialization and Deployment Manager within the Model-Based Definition initiative, leading digital manufacturing transformation efforts. Focus on product quality and operational efficiency.

In this critical role, you will spearhead the deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies, enabling effective collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Your leadership will guide teams in achieving project milestones and successfully adopting digital solutions that elevate manufacturing processes across customer sites. This position demands an extensive background in project management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment of digital manufacturing technologies.

• Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to support project execution.

• Identify and mitigate project risks through contingency planning.

• Collaborate with teams to assess and ensure production readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Software Engineering.

• At least 3 years of related experience in project management.

• Familiarity with GD&T, inspection processes, and Lean methodologies.

• Fluent in English and French.

• Onsite work in Longueuil, Quebec, required.
