KSR International is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in injection molding to join the Advanced Manufacturing team. You will leverage 5+ years of experience in high-volume automotive settings to enhance quality, productivity, and process performance. The position involves leading mold trials, product launches, and various continuous improvement initiatives while supporting equipment and tooling validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize injection molding processes for new products

• Design and enhance tooling and manufacturing workflows

• Establish production standards and cycle times

• Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures

• Champion global standardization of best practices across facilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

• Extensive knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
