Flex-N-Gate Automation Specialist Manager

Flex-N-Gate is looking for an Automation Specialist Manager to lead assembly equipment design and implementation. In this role, you will ensure that product launches meet all production and quality standards while collaborating effectively with vendors and the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and implement assembly tooling projects

• Review vendor designs for compliance with specifications

• Monitor adherence to project timelines and costs

• Assist in technical documentation and product testing

• Support root cause analysis and process improvements

Requirements:

• Engineering/Technology degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of ISO 14001/ TS 16949 standards

• Knowledge of CAD and manufacturing processes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
